Shipping, Refund & Returns


Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number. Please note, your tracking number will update once the courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS..Etc.) has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.


We accept returns for any items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 7 days of purchase (excluding weekends, or national holidays). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at

Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14 days of being issued the return label.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. In this case, we will not charge you for any shipping costs.

The Baddis Ting! reserves the right to refuse a return and/or refund for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.
Examples of items that cannot be resold include:

  • Items with stains, tears, or rips
  • Items with a strong odor (e.g., smoke, perfume)
  • Items with missing tags or packaging

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.

Shipping Costs

If you decide to return an item for any reason other than a mistake on our part, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. This includes both the cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny any return or refund if the item has been damaged, worn, or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items that are returned without all original tags and/or packaging.
